EXCHANGE POLICY
ALISORA LTD
This Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made from ALISORA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.
1. Exchange Policy
ALISORA LTD does not offer refunds or returns.
We only provide size exchanges for eligible items.
Customers may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in original packaging
- Be in resalable condition
ALISORA LTD reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

IMPORTANT:
- All shipments must be sent with sender-paid shipping
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Any international shipping fees, customs duties, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer
- Packages sent as “receiver pays” will not be accepted
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
In such cases, ALISORA LTD will provide a replacement or exchange after verification.
Photo evidence may be required.
6. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Products unsuitable for exchange due to hygiene reasons
- Used or worn items
- Gift cards
