DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

1. PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) has been concluded electronically between the following parties:

the Buyer, who placed an order via the website www.alisora.com.tr.
ALISORA LTD is a UK-based company engaged in international online sales.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, delivery, return, and withdrawal rights concerning the products ordered by the Buyer through the website.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICING
The Buyer acknowledges that they have been informed about the following before placing an order:
• Main characteristics of the product
• Sales price including taxes
• Shipping fee (if any)
• Payment method
• Estimated delivery time
• Conditions for the right of withdrawal
All prices are clearly stated during the order placement process.
4. ORDER AND PAYMENT
The order is finalized upon completion of the payment process.
Payments are collected through a secure payment infrastructure.
Order confirmation is sent to the Buyer via email.
5. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
• United Kingdom: 5–9 business days
• Germany & Netherlands: 6–12 business days
• Poland: 6–12 business days
• Switzerland: 7–14 business days
• United States: 7–15 business days
• Australia: 7–15 business days
• United Arab Emirates: 6–12 business days
• Turkey: 9–14 business days
Estimated delivery times are shown during the order process.
Limited delays in delivery time may occur during public holidays or peak seasons. In such cases, the customer will be informed.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
For the right of withdrawal to be exercised:
• The product must not have been used
• It must not be damaged
• It must be in a resalable condition
Withdrawal requests must be sent to info@alisorastore.com via email.
It is mandatory to contact the Seller and obtain approval before making a return shipment.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The returned product will be inspected upon its arrival.
If the return conditions are met, the payment will be refunded within 7–14 business days using the same payment method used by the Buyer.

RETURN CONDITIONS
• Return shipments must be paid by the sender
• The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the Buyer
• International shipping fees, customs duties, and additional costs are the responsibility of the Buyer
• “Recipient-paid” shipments will not be accepted
• Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
United Kingdom legislation shall apply to any disputes arising from this agreement.
