ALISORA LTD is a UK-based company that conducts international online sales.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, delivery, return, and cancellation of products ordered by the Buyer through the website.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICING
The buyer acknowledges that they have been informed about the following matters prior to placing their order:

• Sales price including taxes
• Shipping fee (if any)
• Payment method
• Estimated delivery time
• Right of withdrawal conditions
All prices are clearly stated during the ordering process.
4. ORDER AND PAYMENT
The order is confirmed upon completion of the payment process.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The returned product will be inspected once it reaches us.
If the return conditions are met, the payment will be refunded to the Buyer's payment method within 7-14 business days.

In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, the laws of the United Kingdom shall apply.
