1. PARTIES
This Distance Selling Agreement (“Agreement”) has been accepted electronically between the Seller whose information is given below and the Buyer who places an order through alisora.com.tr Alisora, within the framework of the rules and conditions set out below.

- BUYER INFORMATION
The buyer is the natural or legal person whose information is included in the information that makes purchases and places an order through the Shopify store.
2. SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regulates the Buyer's rights regarding the sale, delivery, return and withdrawal of the sold/services ordered electronically through the Seller's Website.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICING
The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has been informed about the basic characteristics of the order, including the sales price including taxes, payment method, delivery conditions, etc., through the Website.
The total price of the products, including all taxes, is specified at the ordering stage.
The seller reserves the fee for updating price and stock information.
4. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
The products are delivered to the address and person of the Buyer at the time of ordering, via the courier company registered by the Seller.
Depending on stock, products are shipped within 10 days at the latest.
Shipping costs are specified at the time of ordering and are covered by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.
In case of delays due to force majeure, the Buyer will be informed and the Buyer has the right to cancel.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the delivery of the product or the delivery to the third party.
In order for the cancellation fee to be used, the product must be unused, in resalable condition and in its original packaging.
If the withdrawal fee is not used, the Buyer must notify the withdrawal in writing to [E-mail Address] or via the Website.
After notification of withdrawal, the product must be sent to [Return Address]. Shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.
Within 14 days following the receipt of the notice of withdrawal by the Seller, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer in the same way as the payment was made.
6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
The right of withdrawal cannot be granted for products that have been specially produced or modified based on the buyer's requests or personal data.
There is no right of withdrawal for products that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.
Products that cannot be resold, such as cosmetics, personal care and hygiene products, cannot be returned.
7. RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
If the product is received defective or faulty, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 3 days of delivery.
The return price must be for the product in its original packaging and complete.
Once the return approval is received, the price will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days of payment.
The Buyer will be contacted to inform whether a product exchange is possible or not, depending on stock availability.
8. RESPONSIBILITIES AND LEGAL REGULATIONS
The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has been informed about the Distance Selling Agreement, Privacy Policy and Distribution-Return Conditions on the Website before the order was interrupted.
The Seller cannot be held responsible if it cannot fulfill its obligations due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, strike, etc.).
This Agreement is subject to the Republic of Türkiye and in case of dissolution, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
9. ENFORCEMENT AND ACCEPTS
By completing the order on the Website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted this Agreement with all its conditions.
The Seller has the right to update the legal rights of this Agreement.
